El hotel es impresionante… los alrededores con los jardines, casa del te, el spa y la piscina…. Todo es realmente increíble. Una pena haber pasado allí solo una noche… el desayuno en el jardín es todo un lujo… nos ha gustado todo!!!!

An incredible place with a stunning property and a magnificent garden – it was a pleasure to stroll around with our dog. The overall atmosphere is very appealing: tranquility, privacy, and a mature guest crowd, which is a huge plus as everyone respects each other’s space. I lowered the rating only because of the poorly designed “Do Not Disturb” and “Please Clean the Room” door signs. The wind kept flipping them, and as a result, we were woken up several times in the morning despite setting “Do Not Disturb,” and our room wasn’t cleaned when we requested it. We didn’t make it to the restaurant because of inconsistencies with room service—ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken but received boiled chicken instead, and the same issue happened with the sandwiches. Everything was tasty and well-prepared, just not what we expected. We would love to return and will definitely recommend the hotel. The wine was fantastic—we ordered some in Madrid and have already shared it with family! With great respect, Kseniia & Kiryl

If you're looking to switch off in a green haven and be pampered, this is the place. I had a delightful two-day stay during which I felt at home. The atmosphere was delightful, the grounds were magnificent, and their history fascinating. The service was impeccable and extremely friendly. The food was exquisite (the best gastronomic experience I had on the island), and the Spa treatment was incredible.

Schöne Lage, direkt am Golfplatz, schöne Gärten. Charmante Ausstattung, Zimmer hellhörig. Guter Service mit Shuttle zum Golfplatz und Funchal. Diverse Veranstaltungen. Sehr empfehlenswert nicht nur für Golfer
